1. Eat 15 Fruits a Day

If you really are serious in keeping your body fit, then you have

to eat 15 different kinds of fruits everyday.

An average of 5 fruits a meal, breakfast, lunch, and supper.

Or if you want, you can eat the fruits as your snacks.

The most important thing is you have to consume those 15 fruits 

in one day.

2. Go Vegetarian

Eating more vegetable will clean your body system.

Almost all vegetables have fibers that help wash away toxins in 

our body. Another benefit of being vegetarian is it makes our 

bodies light and so we do not get tired easily.

3. Drink Plenty of Water Everyday


Water is the only fluid that can wash away the toxins in our body.

If you are living in a tropical country like the Philippines 

you have to drink at least one glass of pure water every hour. 

This is to replenish the water in our body that evaporated due to 

too much heat.
