to eat 15 different kinds of fruits everyday.

An average of 5 fruits a meal, breakfast, lunch, and supper.

Or if you want, you can eat the fruits as your snacks.

The most important thing is you have to consume those 15 fruits 

in one day.

This is true, you need to sleep 8 straight hours a day.
This is to ensure that your body will produce elements that your body need.
If you will not sleep in straight hours, your body is hampered in producing these elements, thus you feel not as good as when you sleep in 8 straight hours.
