4. Hug Your Loved Ones

Hugging lets your body produce enzymes that are good for your body.
It is one of the healthiest thing you should do when you wake up.
You may hug your wife, husband, brother, sister, grandmother, etc.
Whoever you hug is not important, what is more important is you hug.
And you let yourself be hug.
